Mission Meals

The Program

What we serve, who we serve, how we operate — every Monday, without exception.

Operations

How It Works

Simple, repeatable, and built around dignity. Same process every week.

🛒

Step 1

Grocery Run

Fresh ingredients sourced for the week. Quality produce, proteins, and staples — never packaged shortcuts.

👨‍🍳

Step 2

Monday Prep

Volunteers arrive at Post 9 kitchen. Three-item meals cooked from scratch. Every single Monday.

📦

Step 3

Package & Label

Each meal packaged in microwave-safe containers with ingredient info, allergen notes, and reheating instructions.

🚐

Step 4

Pickup or Delivery

Veterans collect at Post 9 or receive home delivery when mobility or circumstances require it.

What We Serve

Real Food. Every Time.

Every veteran receives three complete meals per week. Each meal includes a hearty entrée, a starch, and a vegetable side — cooked fresh and packaged the same day.

No canned food. No frozen shortcuts. No institutional steam-table cooking. This is home cooking — the kind of food you'd want someone to bring you when you're having a tough week.
