Your privacy is protected. All requests and personal information submitted through this form are strictly confidential. Only Mission Meals program personnel will have access to your information. It will never be shared, published, or distributed in any form.
Please read before submitting. Mission Meals is a community-funded program with limited capacity. We do our best to help every veteran who reaches out, but enrollment is not guaranteed. All requests are reviewed and screened based on need, urgency, and current program capacity. Decisions are made case by case, in good faith, by program leadership. There is no formal eligibility rubric — if you need help, reach out. We will figure out the rest.

About the Review Process
There is no formal eligibility checklist. Requests are reviewed by program leadership based on need, urgency, and current capacity.
The process is intentionally human. We read every request and make decisions in good faith. If we can't help right away, we'll be honest about it.
Enrollment is typically limited to 5–10 active veterans at any given time.
